Delivery

We ship across South Africa via courier. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days depending on your location.

• Johannesburg & Pretoria: 2–3 business days
• Cape Town, Durban & other major cities: 3–5 business days
• Remote areas: 5–7 business days

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Prato products. If something isn't right, here's what to do:

• Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it out — replacement or full refund, your choice.
• Change of mind: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are for the customer's account.
• Exchanges: Contact us and we'll guide you through the process.
